Attorney Biographies

We never lose sight of our clients’ ultimate objectives and tolerance for risk. We do not ‘over-lawyer’ transactions – instead we find solutions that enable our clients to meet their objectives in a manner that does not expose them to uncomfortable levels of risk.

Robert F. Ripley is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Mr. Ripley is actively involved in counseling clients throughout the life cycle of their businesses. This ranges from providing advice regarding the start up stage of the business life cycle all the way through the exit strategy stage, which includes the ultimate sale of the company. Mr. Ripley also assists clients in an outside general counsel capacity with their day-to-day issues, such as negotiating and drafting agreements with partners, customers, vendors, employees, investors, landlords and lenders.

Mr. Ripley graduated from Tulane University Law School in 1996. Before attending law school, Mr. Ripley obtained his M.B.A. and worked for two Fortune 500 companies.
