Kathryn Hein is an associate with the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense Departments. Her practice areas include commercial litigation, appellate practice, government investigations, and white collar criminal defense.
Ms. Hein graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010. While in law school, she was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and the Seton Hall University Juvenile Justice Clinic. Ms. Hein earned her undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hein served as law clerk to the Honorable Rudolph A. Filko in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. She has also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable William H. Walls in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
