Ted Georgiou is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department where his focus includes representing and advising domestic and international business clients in day to day business activities, mergers and acquisitions, loan and refinancing transactions, business formations and development (including web-based businesses), corporate reorganizations, employment and stockholder transactions, licensing matters and the negotiation of commercial contracts.
In 2009, Mr. Georgiou was selected by his peers to be included in New Jersey Rising Stars.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Georgiou clerked for Senior Judge Nicholas Tsoucalas at the U.S. Court of International Trade.
Mr. Georgiou is a graduate of New York Law School where he was an Executive Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Rutgers University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
