Sheryl L. Reba is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Employment Departments. Her experience includes defending claims of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, retaliation, and violation of non-compete agreements, in both state and federal courts, as well as before state administrative agencies. In addition, Ms. Reba has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, commercial torts and legal malpractice defense. Ms. Reba is also a member of the District V-C Ethics Committee, and in that capacity has investigated violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Prior to her employment with the firm, Ms. Reba practiced in New York. Her practice included all aspects of complex business litigation.
Ms. Reba graduated from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, where she also obtained the distinction of being named a Paul J. Liacos scholar. Ms. Reba completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
