Kellianne Greenwood is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department, where her main focus is on corporate and commercial real estate transactions.
In her corporate transactional practice, Kellianne represents clients in merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, day-to-day general legal counseling, formation of business entities, corporate restructurings, private offerings, equity financing, and shareholder agreements. She also structures and negotiates agreements for employment, consulting, vendor, supply, licensing, services, distribution and other arrangements.
In her commercial real estate practice, Kellianne handles the acquisition and disposition of commercial, industrial and retail properties, real estate financing, and lease negotiation for the firm’s clients.
Kellianne sits on the Board of Directors of the Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity and chairs the board management committee. She is a member of the Somerset County Business Partnership.
Kellianne received her J.D. degree from Tulane Law School. She received her B.A. in Communications and Russian from Loyola University and lived in Moscow, Russia while doing coursework for a master’s degree in Russian literature and linguistics. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
