Russell Burnside, a former Certified Public Accountant and auditor for Touche Ross & Co., is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. He utilizes his keen understanding of business and financial statements in his focus on business litigation. Several of his litigation matters have resulted in reported state and federal decisions.

Mr. Burnside is an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University and formerly one at Essex County College, served on the Board of Governors of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to both the Ethics Committee and the Fee Arbitration Committee. He is also an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
