We bring to the table what I like to call 'intelligent tenacity': we zealously advocate our client's position, but advance that position in the context of intelligent and workable proposals. Our adversaries understand and respect that point of view. The consequence is that better results are achieved more quickly. 'Efficiency' as a lawyer doesn't follow from simply pushing papers faster; it follows more from knowing exactly what the client wants and negotiating in a fashion that gets it.

H. Glenn Tucker is the Managing Partner and the Chair of the Corporate Department of Greenberg Dauber Epstein & Tucker in Newark, New Jersey. He specializes in corporate, commercial and financing transactions, areas in which he has practiced since 1980.

Mr. Tucker is currently a Director of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association where he has served as Chair. He is also a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. He is a founding Director and former Vice President of The Inn of Transactional Counsel (Morris & Essex Counties). He has been invited to lecture on corporate law topics by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Association, and the General Council of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he taught transactional law skills course.

Mr. Tucker has been selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America in the category of Corporate/M&A and on the list of the Top 100 New Jersey Super Lawyers. He was selected by select corporate counsel in 2016 as a BTI Consulting Group Client Service All-Star. He was recently selected by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the newly formed Ad Hoc Committee on Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Tucker graduated from Duke University in 1977. He graduated from Duke University Law School in 1980 and has recently been selected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Duke University Law School Alumni Association
